Directions for use: Before cleansing with Phase 1 Cleanser, apply small amounts of Phase 1 Facial Scrub by wetting fingers and working it in circular motions over forehead, cheeks and chin. Avoid eye area. Rinse well with a clean moist washcloth or moistened gauze. Use Phase 1 Facial Scrub in the bath or shower on facial area, as well as acneic shoulders, chest and back. Follow with Phase 1 Cleanser and Phase 1 SPEC Gel.
Warning: Over-exfoliation can irritate skin and cause further breakouts. It is important to only use this product once a week, twice per week
