Klapp C Pure Foam Tonic
is an extraordinary foam toner that prepares the skin for further hydration, treatment and moisture absorption. Directions: After cleansing pump tonic once, either onto a cotton pad or your fingertips, and gently rub over the skin. This product is great for use on the face, the neck and the decollete. Follow with serum and/or moisturizer.
