Returns will be accepted and refunds given up to 21 days after receipt of your purchase. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.

Shipping Errors:
In the event of a SkinCareNatural.com shipping error, please email the details of the shipment, including the order number and explanation of error, to info@skincarenatural.com. SkinCareNatural.com will assume responsibility for return shipping and/or re-shipping costs. Should the customer wish to keep a wrongly shipped item, the customer's credit card will be charged/credited for the difference in price. If the customer chooses not to notify dealer about a mis-shipped item of greater value, the customer's credit card will automatically be charged for the difference in price after 21 days of shipment's receipt.
Return Procedure:
- To initiate the return of your merchandise, contact us at info@skincarenatural.com. Include the original order number, item to be returned, and reason for return. Upon processing the return, a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued to you. You will need the RA# along with a copy of your receipt and all original packaging including the original box, printed material, and accessories to be eligible for the return terms listed above.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs on any returned items, unless return is the result of a dealer shipping error.
- All orders returned to SkinCareNatural.com require a signature upon delivery verifying our receipt of the package.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase, less the cost of shipping. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
